02.02.2024 Respondent 4 has filed the compliance report.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the original contemnors

have been transferred and that an application for addition of the new incumbents

as respondents/contemnors has been filed which, however, is not on record.

Registry to trace out the said application and list the same if filed.

In the meantime, the respondents/contemnors to report compliance of

the judgment dated 31.12.2018 failing which coercive measures shall follow.

List again on 28.04.2024.
