It has been brought to the notice of this Court by Mr. Rais Ud Din Ganai, learned Deputy Advocate General appearing vice Mr. Mohsin Qadri, learned Senior Additional Advocate General for the respondents that the order/judgement dated 2nd February, 2017 passed in SWP no. 139/2016 has been implemented in its letter and spirit and this is precisely the reason that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners before this Court on 14th March, 2023 and for three consecutive dates i.e., 23rd August, 2023, 28th September, 2023 and 22nd November, 2023 before the court of Registrar Judicial.

Since, the order/judgment dated 2nd February, 2017 passed by this Court in SWP no. 139/2016 is complied with in its letter and spirit and nothing remains to be adjudicated any further in the contempt petition. Accordingly, proceedings in the instant contempt petition are closed and rule, if any, shall stand discharged.
