Through the medium of the present application, learned counsel for the petitioners/applicants seeks correction in the date mentioned in para 11 of the judgment.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The date written in para 11 of the judgment shall be deemed to have been mentioned as impugned communication dated 18.12.2001 instead of impugned communication of the year 1998. The same shall be form part of the judgment.

Disposed of accordingly.
