Since, the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court in

SWP No. 3004/2018 titled "Ruksana Jabeen Versus State of J&K and

others" along with connected matters decided on 04.02.2023, has been

challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the same has been

stayed, and the issue in this petition is identical to the aforementioned

petition, therefore, the proceedings in this petition are deferred for the

time-being.
