Compliance report in terms of order dated 16.10.2023, stands filed. The respondents submit that the claim of the petitioner was considered vide Order no.53-JK(PDC) of 2022 dated 08.12.2022, and it was recommended that gratuity be released to the petitioner, but despite the same, till date gratuity amount has not been released in favour of the petitioner.

Mr. Alla-Ud-Din learned AAG, seeks and is given one last opportunity to comply with the Judgment and to release the retiral benefits due to the petitioner within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner may file an application detailing exact amount due to the petitioner in terms of the judgment List on 18.12.2023.
