In terms of order dated 14.09.2022, the respondents were directed to file detailed affidavit indicating the manner in which the Judgment passed by this Court has been complied with in respect of both the petitioners.

It appears that despite numerous opportunities granted to the respondents affidavit has not been filed.

Respondents seek and are granted three weeks' time to file affidavit/compliance, failing which respondent no. 1 shall appear in person on the next date of hearing.
