Office is requested to prepare the paper book. While preparing the paper book, the same must be indexed and numbered. The documents which shall figure in the paper book shall be necessarily, the First Information Report, a written complaint of the complainant if any, on the basis of which the FIR is registered, memorandum of arrest of the accused persons, 27 memorandum of the accused, seizure memos made pursuant to the 27 memorandum, post-mortem report and medico-legal certificates, if any, 161 statements of the witnesses, memorandum of charge, Court testimony of the witnesses and the judgment of the learned trial court. It shall be in seriatim and pages shall be numbered and the paper book shall be properly bound.
