1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent No. 2 by erroneous application to the judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court, has dismissed the revision petition preferred by the petitioner against the mutation No. 1529 dated 26.02.1997.

2. Issue notice to the respondents subject to taking of requisite steps by the petitioner within one week.

3. List on 04.12.2023.

4. In the meantime, till next date of hearing before the Bench, no third party interest be created in respect of the land which is subject matter of the Mutation No. 1529 dated 26.02.1997.
