1. Mr. Sanjeev Verma, Commissioner Secretary to Government General Administration Department is present in person and submits that the matter has been taken up with the Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India and reply is expected within a period of 15 days.

2. Mr. M Y Bhat, learned Sr. Advocate submits that even benefits which are to be paid by the Government of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir have not been even paid to the petitioner.

3. In view of this, further four weeks time is granted to the respondents to comply the judgment in its letter and spirit.

4. Personal appearance of Mr. Sanjeev Verma, Commissioner Secretary to Government General Administration Department is dispensed with provided compliance report is filed on next date of hearing.
