                                ORDER

04.10.2023 Statement of facts in terms of order dated 15.09.2023, has not been filed; by virtue of which, the respondents were directed to file fresh compliance report strictly in tune with the order/judgment dated 01.08.2023, within one week, failing which District Magistrate, Srinagar, was required to appear in person.

Mr. Abdul Rashid Malik, Sr. AAG, who is present in the Court, submits that the case is being represented by the Mr. Mohsin Qadiri, Sr. AAG, who is reportedly busy in the Division Bench and submits that he is unable to appear today. Mr. Malik, Sr. AAG, however, submits that he may be given two weeks' time for compliance of the order as directed.

Two weeks' last and final opportunity is granted to do the needful. In the event of failure to comply with the order/judgment, this Court will be constrained to initiate proceedings against the defaulting officer for violation of the orders of the Court.
