Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the

grounds of appeal, a case for grant of leave to file appeal against the judgment of

acquittal dated 28.09.2020 passed by the Special Judge, Anti Corruption,

Udhampur is made out. Accordingly, leave file appeal against the aforesaid

judgment is granted.

The instant application stands disposed of.
