In terms of order dated 14.02.2023, final opportunity of four weeks

was granted to the respondents to pass orders in compliance to the Judgment

passed in SWP No. 489/2013 dated 20.05.2013, and fresh compliance report,

indicating compliance of Judgment in letter and spirit was to be filed. It was

made clear that in case of failure to file compliance, officer concerned shall

remain present in person in the Court.

Neither compliance report has been filed, nor is the officer concerned

present.

Let notice be issued to respondent No.2- Director School Education,

Kashmir, to remain present in person on the next date of hearing.
