ORDER
Mrs. Monika Kohli, learned Sr. AAG has placed on record a
communication dated 08.02.2023 addressed by the Deputy
Commissioner, Ramban which shows that the land mutated under the
provisions of Roshni Act and after the judgment rendered in case titled
Prof. S. K. Bhalla v State of J&K and others, and thereafter, the same
was recorded as State land which is in illegal possession of the
petitioners and to whom notices are yet to be issued. This
communication dated 08.02.2023 is taken on record.
In view of the order dated 04.12.2020 in CM No. 6342/2022 in
PIL No. 19/2021, this petition be placed before the Hon'ble Division
Bench on 13.02.2023.
