seeking instructions from the petitioner as to whether they have any interest left

to pursue the present contempt petition considering the fact the case relates to the

year 2003 in reference to judgment dated 21.10.2009 passed by the writ Court in

the writ petition-SWP no. 227/2003. Let the needful instructions be reported
