This is an application filed by the applicant/petitioner, seeking clarification/modification of the judgment/order dated 01.02.2023 to the extent of incorporation of the number of the detention order bearing No. PSA/112/2022 dated 28.05.2022 instead of order No. DMK/JC/2022- 23/547-52 dated 28.05.2022.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The detention order bearing No. DMK/JC/2022-23/547-52 dated 28.05.2022 be read as order No. PSA/112/2022 dated 28.05.2022 wherever it reflects in the judgment dated 01.02.2023. This order shall form a part of the judgment dated 01.02.2023.

Application is, accordingly, disposed of.
