Learned counsel for the appellants states that he is not prepared to

argue the case despite the fact that the counsel has sought adjournment on

the previous date i.e., 21.09.2022.

Record of the proceedings would reveal that instant first appeal filed

against judgment and decree passed by Principal District and Sessions Judge

on 26.07.2010 is pending since 2010.

Record further reveals that appeal stands admitted on 02.05.2011 and

has been adjourned mainly at the request of the counsel for the appellants.

Today, also adjournment is being sought without any plausible reason.

Last and final opportunity is granted to the counsel for the appellants

to address/advance arguments, failing which appropriate orders shall follow.
