ORDER
Ms. Chetna Manhas, Advocate submits that statement of facts stands
filed. However, the same is not on record but this Court has perused the copy of
the statement of facts submitted by Ms. Manhas.
A perusal of the statement of facts reveals that LPA stands preferred
against the judgment in question.
Be that as it may, no interim order has been passed and the order of
this Court is required to be complied with. Last and final opportunity is granted to
the respondents to comply with the order, failing which, coercive measures shall
be resorted for compliance of the order.
