                                                       ORDER

While considering the SLA, the necessity has arisen to examine

the record, as the learned judge has mentioned in the judgment that the

Investigating Officer has been examined. However, it is not forthcoming from

the judgment that whether Sukhdev Singh is an Investigating Officer or not and

more particularly when he has been referred as Head Constable, Assistant Sub

Inspector as well.

As such, scanned record of the trial court be called for.
