This is an application seeking leave to file appeal against judgment and order of acquittal dated 23.09.2015 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Udhampur.
Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, a case for grant of leave to file appeal is made out. The application is allowed and the applicant is granted leave to file appeal against the impugned judgment.
