SLA No. 121 of 2016

This is an application seeking leave to file appeal against judgment and order dated 21.01.2016 passed by the learned 1 st Additional Sessions Judge, Jammu.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, particularly, taking into consideration the statement of the injured, namely, Tilak Raj, a case for grant of leave to file appeal is made out. The application is allowed and the applicant is granted leave to file appeal against the impugned judgment.
