Issue notice.
Mr. Aijaz Lone, learned Dy. AG waives notice on behalf of the
respondents.
At the very outset, Mr. Aijaz Lone, learned Dy.AG submitted that
in view of the Division Bench Judgment in matters relating to wakaf, it has been
held that the writ petition is not maintainable. He seeks and is granted two
weeks' time to file objections.
List again on 28.09.2021.
The issue of maintainability of the writ petition will be considered
after the objections are filed.
