                                           ORDER

01. This contempt petition has been initiated for non-compliance of

judgment and order dated 12.05.1989 passed by this Court in LPA(SW) No. 22

of 1998 titled Anita Kumari Vs. State of J&K and others. The respondent Nos.

2 and 3 who are supposed to implement the aforesaid judgement and order

despite representation have neither filed compliance report in terms of the

order dated 13.07.2021 nor the counsel representing them have turned up.

In view of the aforesaid, we are left with no option but to call the

respondents Nos. 2 and 3 personally before the Court so as to enquire from

them if the judgement and order dated 12.05.1989 has been complied in pith

and substance.

List on 28th October, 2021, on which date both the respondents would be

present in the court.
