Mr. Sheikh Feroz, learned Dy. AG submits that the case pertains to the Union Territory of Ladakh and as such he would not be appearing in this case. At this stage, Mr. T. M. Shamshi, learned ASGI enters appearance and submits that he would be appearing in this case for Union Territory of Ladakh. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply copy of the petition along with copy of the judgment dated 3rd April, 2014 passed in SWP No. 967/2011 to Mr. T.M. Shamshi, learned ASGI who shall obtain instructions in the matter and report the same to this Court by next date of hearing.
