This is an application seeking condonation of 90 days' delay in filing
the Acquittal Appeal against the judgment dated 27.03.2018 passed by the learned
Additional Sessions Judge, Jammu.
Having regard to the contents of this application coupled with the
submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, which is supported by an
affidavit, the same is allowed. Delay of 90 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
