This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing the
appeal.
As per the report of the Registry, there is delay of 30 days in filing
the appeal.
Objections to this application have not been filed by the
respondents. Sufficient reasons have been given in the application seeking
condonation of delay and even otherwise as per the order dated 19.03.2014, this
Court has allowed the application bearing SLA No. 129/2013 permitting the
petitioner to file appeal against the judgment impugned. Therefore, for the
reasons stated above, delay of 30 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The
application seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal is allowed.
Main appeal is taken on Board.
