                                                ORDER

29.07.2021 The final order/ judgment dated 31.08.2012 passed by the writ court in writ petition, OWP no. 292/2012 titled Nazrut-ul-Arwah v. Sonamarg Development Authority and others of which the contempt petition has arisen, has become final as the LPA filed against the same stands dismissed and subsequently confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, therefore, there is no option but to implement the order in its letter and spirit and not to resort to delaying tactics as the same would amount to further sitting over the judgment of this Court.

Mr Chashoo, learned AAG, seeks and is granted three weeks' time to file the compliance, failing which Chief Executive Officer, Sonamarg Development Authority shall appear in person.
