(ORDER)

Through the medium of instant application, applicants/claimants seek release of the awarded amount deposited by the appellant/insurance company before the Registry of this Court. It is stated that the appeal preferred against the award of the learned Tribunal stands already disposed of by virtue of judgment dated 20.05.2021, and the appellant/insurance company has been given the recovery right from the owner of the offending vehicle.

On examination of the application and having regard to the averments made in the application, same is allowed with a direction to the Registry to release the awarded amount in favour of the applicants/claimants in terms of the judgment dated 20.05.2021, after proper verification and identification. CM disposed of.
