No one has appeared on behalf of the respondents. Objections have also not been filed. There is delay of 132 days which is sought to be condoned for filing the appeal.
Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, I found that sufficient reasons have been given in the application seeking condonation of delay. Therefore, for the reasons stated in the application, delay of 132 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

This application is filed seeking leave to file appeal against judgment and order of acquittal passed by the learned Special Judge Anticorruption, Jammu.
I have considered the grounds taken in the application and have also gone through the impugned judgment. The applicant has succeeded in showing a ground for granting leave to him for filing the appeal. Therefore, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the applicant is granted leave to file appeal against the impugned judgment.
Appeal is taken on Board.
Heard. Admit. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable within four weeks.
Notice be sent to the respondents through concerned Police Station.
Registry to prepare the paper book.
List for final hearing on 03.11.2021. Meanwhile, Record of the trial Court be summoned.
