05.07.2021 The petitioner has initiated proceedings for contempt as the directions of the writ court as well as appellate court to appoint him on any Class IV post available in the department including the post of Gardener within a period of three months from the date of Judgment dated 06.07.2018, as the petitioner has continued to function for more than 17 years, has not been complied with.

Mr. Sajad Ashraf, Learned GA, submits that he will obtain instructions from the Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar, as to whether the directions of the court has been followed or not. He may do so and file statement of facts on behalf of the Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar, within a period of two weeks.
