JUDGMENT
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that challan against the
petitioner has been filed and the petitioner would be satisfied, if the trial court
is directed to decide the challan expeditiously as the petitioner and respondent
No. 4 have solemnized marriage and are living peacefully as husband and wife.
In view of the submission made, this petition is disposed of with a
direction to the trial court to expeditiously decide the said challan. The
petitioner shall be at liberty to approach this court afresh, if cause of action
survives.
