                                                   ORDER

This batch of appeals was heard through virtual mode and reserved for orders on 24.12.2020.

However, while dictating the judgment, some documents, to which reference was made by learned counsel for the parties, have been found missing. Moreover, some points, though pleaded, have not been clarified while hearing these appeals through virtual mode.

Accordingly, we deem it appropriate to re-hear these appeals by physical mode so that every point is clarified and documents, reference to which has time and again been made by either of the parties, are also produced and considered by this Court.

List for re-hearing on 10.03.2021, of course, however, subject to availability of the Bench sitting for holding the physical hearing.
