                                 ORDER

The proceedings in this contempt petition were initiated for non-

compliance of judgment/order dated 24.04.2018 vide which the

respondents were directed to consider the representation submitted by the

petitioner by passing a speaking order in accordance with law.

The respondents in their statement of facts have stated that in

compliance to the directions of this Court dated 24.04.2018 the private

respondents being illegal occupants are evicted from the said quarter in

accordance with law and possession of the said quarter has been handed

over to the petitioner as he was authorized allottee of the same.

In view of the aforesaid, order of this Court dated 24.04.2018

stands complied. The proceedings in this contempt petition are

accordingly closed.
