                                    ORDER

1. The petitioners through the medium of the writ petition want that process

of acquisition of the land be initiated and completed so that they may be

awarded compensation in accordance with the provisions of The Right to Fair

Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and

Resettlement Act, 2013.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners and Sh. Vishal Sharma, learned

Assistant Solicitor General of India submit that the controversy raised in this

petition is squarely covered by the Division Bench decision of this Court dated

23.08.2021 passed in WP(C) No. 1727/2020 & connected petitions.

3. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this petition is also

disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment.
