                                   ORDER

01. Heard Sh. Abhinav Sharma, senior counsel assisted by Ms. Parkhi

Parihar, Advocate and Sh. S. S. Nanda, Senior Additional Advocate, Sh. Rahul

Pant, Senior Advocate assisted by M/s Anirudh Sharma and B. S. Bali,

Advocates and have perused the judgment and order dated 21st September 2016

passed by the writ Court in SWP No. 3167 of 2014, 'Harnam Chand and

others versus State of J&K and others.

02. We are of the view that there is no illegality in the same and that the

selection of the Drivers of the Urban Local Bodies, Jammu, have been carried

out in accordance with law.

03. The appeal lacks merit and is dismissed.
