ORDER
This Letters Patent Appeal has been preferred against the judgment and
order dated 03.12.2021 passed by the writ court dismissing the Habeas Corpus
petition of the appellant.
The arguments of Sh. Jagpaul Singh, learned counsel for the appellant is
that on the date on which the detention order was passed, the appellant was
already in detention and this aspect of the matter despite arguments was not
considered by the learned Single Judge and that the appellant's representation
was never considered by the authorities.
In view of the second aspect of the matter, we direct Sh. Aseem
Sawhney, who represents respondents to obtain the record relating to the
detention of the appellant and to produce the same before the court on the next
date.
