1. The applicant-appellant has filed application for leave to appeal against the judgment and decree dated 12.06.2020 passed by the court of learned 2nd Additional District Judge, Jammu on the grounds mentioned in the application. The respondent No.1 is represented by counsel.

2. The counsels advanced arguments on the application filed seeking leave to appeal. It was also brought to the notice of the court by the learned counsel for the appellant that the judgment impugned in the present case has been impugned in another appeal, filed by the defendants in the suit.

3. The court is of the view that this matter is also required to be listed along with the other appeal filed by the defendants in the suit.

4. The appellant shall file the particulars of the appeal before the Registry.

5. List on 11.02.2022.
