This is an application seeking direction to the respondents to comply with the Judgment dated 25th February, 2021, passed in WP(C) No. 312/2021. The writ petition, on the face of it, is not maintainable. The petitioners, if aggrieved of non-compliance of the Judgment passed by this Court, they have remedy of filing contempt petition.
This application is, accordingly, dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioners to move an appropriate petition for initiating contempt proceedings in case the respondents have not complied with the Judgment dated 25 th February, 2021.
