The judgment passed by this Court dated 18th August 2017 in SWP No. 361/2016 upheld by the Division Bench on 16 th April 2019 is yet to be complied with by the respondents.

Respondent No. 2 has filed statement of facts in which he has claimed that the matter has been considered at his level and the same has been recommended to the administrative department for appropriate orders. However, the appropriate orders from the administrative department are awaited.

Learned counsel for the respondents prays and is granted six weeks' time to file compliance report failing which Commissioner/Secretary to Government, Housing and Urban Development Department, shall appear in person on the next date of hearing.
