Despite service respondents have chosen not to appear. For the purpose of condonation of delay application, they are set ex-parte. There is delay of 64 days in filing the the acquittal appeal against the judgment dated 27.08.2013 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Doda.

The application, for the reasons stated therein, is allowed and the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. CRAA No.134/2014
