The petitioner seeks compliance of the judgment & order dated

23.07.2018 vide which the respondents were directed to clear the admitted

and undisputed liability of the petitioner. In the statement of facts, the

respondents have admitted the liability but the same has not been released

till date.

Mr. Siddiqui, learned AAG submits that it is only because of some

query raised by the JKIDFC Cell, that the concerned Executive Engineer,

PWD (R&B) Division Udhampur, was requested to revisit the earlier

proposal, and clarify the issue.

Mr. Ravinder Gupta, learned AAG submits that the Nodal Officer

has stated that the funds are available but the same be uploaded on portal

for payment.

The compliance cannot be delayed due to their inter-departmental

issues. Let order dated 23.08.2018 be complied and compliance report be

filed by the next date, failing which respondent 2 and 4 shall appear in

person on the next date.
