Let the deficiencies be removed in terms of Circular No. 16/GS

dated 29.03.2020.

This application is disposed of as such.

01. The petitioner who was working as SPO in District Police Poonch

was disengaged as an FIR No. 52/2011 for offences under section 7/25/IA

Act was registered against him. A challan was also produced against him

in case titled 'State through Police Station Mendhar v/s Liaquat Hussain

and others'. The petitioner was acquitted in this case vide judgment dated

17.08.2018.

02. The only ground of petitioner's disengagement was that he was

involved in FIR No. 52/2011 and vide judgment dated 17.08.2018, he

stood acquitted of all the offences alleged. The petitioner, thus,

approached the respondents for his reinstatement and accordingly, also

moved a representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police,

Poonch but the same has not been considered or decided till date.

03. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner would

be satisfied, if this petition is disposed of with a directions to the

respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner

dated 10.04.2021.

04. In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of with a

direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation of

the petitioner within a period of three months from the date copy of the

order alongwith the petition is made available by him to the respondents.

05. It is made clear that this court has not made any observation with

regard to the merit of the claim of the petitioner.

06. Disposed of, accordingly alongwith connected CM(s).
