There is a delay of 45 days in filing the appeal.
The applicant has made an application seeking condonation of delay in filing
the appeal a gainst the Judgment and Order dated 10.11.2018 passed by the learned
Principal District Judge Budgam in the case titled Manzoor Ahmad Wani & ors
versus Collector & Ors.
Heard learned counsel for applicant and have also considered the application
stating the reasons for delay. The applicant has succeeded in establishing before this
Court sufficient and reasonable cause which prevented it from filing appeal within
the prescribed period of limitation, as such, this application is allowed and delay in
filing appeal is condoned. Appeal is directed to be diarized and the same shall come
up for consideration on 22.04.2021.
CONC No.42/2019, is accordingly, disposed of.
