General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the

petitioner has filed a representation on 03.04.2025 (Annexure P-5) to

the respondents/competent authority for the redressal of his

grievances raised in this writ petition. Petitioner's grievance is that the

representation preferred by him to the respondents for redressal of

his grievances in light of settled legal position has not been

adjudicated till date. Learned counsel further submitted that the

petitioner would be content, in case, respondents/competent authority

are directed to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of

the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a time bound manner.
