The petitioners had alleged violation of the judgment

passed in Kamla Nand & Anr. Vs. State of H.P. & Anr.2.

2. The respondents have placed on record instructions

memo alongwith office orders dated 06.09.2024 and 28.09.2024. In

terms of which, respective cases of the petitioners have been

considered in light of the aforesaid decision dated 05.03.2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that

consideration orders so passed by the respondents are not in

consonance with law. If that is so, it is for the petitioners to assail the

same, in accordance with law.

3. In view of above, the contempt proceedings are closed.
