While placing on record communication dated 17th

October 2023, issued under the signature of Director Elementary

Education, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Ravi Chauhan, learned Deputy

Advocate General states that impugned transfer order, whereby

petitioner was ordered to be transferred from Government Senior

Secondary School Badehra Rajputana, District Una, H.P., to GMS

Kalyon Pab, u/c Kotla Bangi, District Sirmour, Himachal Pradesh vice

private respondent Sh. Hans Raj, TGT (NM), has been cancelled.

on record, this Court finds that impugned transfer order has been

cancelled and as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the
