Notice. Mr. Gautam Sood, learned Deputy Advocate

General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of

respondents -State.

2. The only grievance of the petitioner is that despite

completion of his tenure in the tribal area, respondents No. 2

and 3 have not considered his repeated representations for

being posted at the station of his choice.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

petitioner may be permitted to submit a fresh representation

.

to respondent No. 2 as the previous representations of the

petitioner are not strictly in terms of the Transfer Policy. He

further submitted that the petitioner will be content in case

respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and decide the

representation of the petitioner in a time bound manner.

5. to Prayer being innocuous is not opposed.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of by permitting

the petitioner to file a fresh representation within one week

from today. On receipt of such representation, respondent No.

2 shall decide the same by passing a speaking and reasoned

order within two weeks thereafter, strictly in terms of the

Transfer Policy adopted by the State Government.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also

stand disposed of accordingly.
