accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Learned Additional Advocate General has placed

on record a copy of order dated 6.10.2023, passed by the

Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP( C) No. 10788 of 2023, titled as

State of H.P. & others vs. Puran Chand & others. The above

mentioned SLP is stated to have been filed against the

judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA

No. 21 of 2023 titled State of H.P. & others vs. Puran Chand &

others along with other connected matters.

The Hon'ble Supreme Court has passed the

following orders:-

"In the meantime, the contempt petition said to be pending shall not be precipitated."

The instant contempt petition has also arisen

from the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court

in LPA No. 165 of 2021 along with connected matters. Hence

the matter is simply adjourned by eight weeks.
