CrMP No. 1064 of 2023 By way of instant application filed under S.389 CrPC,

prayer has been made on behalf of the applicant for suspension of

sentence awarded by learned court below vide judgment of conviction

and order of sentence dated 25.8.2022. Reply to the application stands

filed.

Before the application could be taken up for hearing,

learned counsel for the appellant stated that the main matter may be

heard and decided instead of deciding the present application.

In view of above, present application is dismissed as not

pressed.
