By way of this petition, the petitioner has, inter alia,

prayed for the following reliefs:­

"i) That a writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be

issued to the respondent Nigam to divulge and disclose

the marital status of the deceased Pankaj Bodh maintained in its official records.

ii) That a writ in the nature of Mandamus may also kindly be issued to the respondent Nagar Panchayat as to what kind of information has been furnished to the private respondent upon the application made by him to it.

iii) A writ in the nature of Mandamus may also kindly be issued to the respondent Nigam to release the posthumous retiral benefits, if any, accruing from the service career of the deceased Pankaj Bodh to the Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

2. Taking into consideration the fact that respondent No.1

officer is at Sonepat and as per the own case of the petitioner, late

sister of the petitioner was serving in Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited

at Sonepat in the State of Haryana, this Court is of the considered

of view that this High Court is not having territorial jurisdiction in the

matter and the petitioner will be well advised to file a petition before rt the Court which has territorial jurisdiction in the matter.

3. The petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous

applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
