order dated 05.09.2022 are ordered to be deleted. Further, the

date of the judgment Annexure P-3 be read as "30th October,

2020" instead of "30th October, 2022" in Para-2 and Para-4 of the

order dated 05.09.2022. Necessary correction in the order dated

05.09.2022 be carried out accordingly.
